Test System and Methodology[/left]
Our test system is :
CPU : Intel Q6600 G0
Motherboard : Intel 975XBX
Heatsink : Scythe ninja
Ram : 4X1GB G.Skill PC6400 HZ
OS : Windows XP SP2
Graphics Card : BFG Geforce 8800GTS 640Mb
Case : Chieftec Tower.
Extra Cooling : 5X92mm Fans (2000Rpm) , 1X120mm Fan (1600Rpm).
Testing Methodology :
The results could have been effected by the quantity of thermal
compound you are using.
This is why we spreaded each thermal compound 3 times , and the
temperatures were measured after 3 days of applying the compound.
the results are the average of the 3 tests , after at least 5 hours of
system using and loading.
Temperatures reading was done using EVEREST 4.00.9766.
Room temperature was around 26.5 celsius degrees.
