ישנם שיפורים בעיקר עבור משתמשי הSLI אבל לא רק.

אישית - הורדתי והתקנתי.
לא שמעתי דיווחים/בעיות/קושיות עם הדרייברים האלה ספציפית.





What’s New in Release 174

Added support for the following NVIDIA products:
• GeForce 9800 GX2, including Quad SLI Technology
• GeForce 9600 GT
• GeForce 8300
• GeForce 8200
• GeForce 8100/NVIDIA nForce 720a
• NVIDIA nForce 730a

• Added support for NVIDIA GeForce 3D Stereo Technology for GeForce 6,
7, 8, or 9 Series GPUs with a minimum of 128MB graphics memory
(WIndows Vista 32‐bit only).

• Added the following pages to the NVIDIA Control Panel:
- Manage Custom Resolutions
- Adjust Television Color Settings
- Adjust Screen Size and Position
- Move CRT Position
- Adjust Video Image Settings

• NVIDIA Control Panel Adjust Video Color Settings page: Moved the Edge
Enhancement, Noise Reduction, and Inverse Telecine controls to the new
Adjust Video Image Settings page.

• Added the following new Pure Video HD features for the GeForce 9600 GT
and GeForce 9800 GX2:
- Dynamic Contrast Enhancement
- Dynamic Blue, Green & Skin Tone Enhancements
- Per‐display controls for the video settings in the NVIDIA Control Panel

Fixed Issues–Windows Vista 32-bit

Single GPU Issues

GeForce 8 Series GPUs
• GeForce 8800 GT, 8600 GT/GTS, 6800: Gray border does not appear after selecting the gray border option from the NVIDIA Control Panel Adjust Television Color Setting page.
• GeForce 8800 GT: Unreal Tournament 3–the game freezes at the Gateway map
• GeForce 8800 GTX: Battlefield2–the desktop doesn’t refresh when exiting the game at 2048x1536 with 8xAA enabled.

GeForce 7 Series GPUs
• Dual GeForce 7950 GX2: NVIDIA Control Panel menu item does not appear in the context menu when right‐clicking the desktop.
• GeForce 7300 LE: Battlefield 2–the intro video flickers when the in‐game resolution is set to 1280x960, antialiasing is set to 4x, and Lighting is set to High.

GeForce 6 Series GPUs
• GeForce 6600 GT: Dungeon Siege 2–the game hangs at the loading screen at 1280x1024 resolution with 8x antialiasing enabled from the NVIDIA Control Panel.




SLI Mode Issues

• [SLI], GeForce 9600 GT, GeForce 8800 GTX/Ultra/GTS/GT: FEAR; Ghost Recon : Advanced Warfighter 2; Neverwinter Nights 2; Serious Sam II–there is horizontal flickering in the intro videos.

• [SLI], GeForce 9600 GT, GeForce 9800 GX2, GeForce 8800 GTX/Ultra/GTS/GT: FEAR: Perseus Mandate; Ghost Recon : Advanced Warfighter 2; S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl; Serious Sam II, Painkiller–there are black horizontal lines of corruption during the intro videos when V‐Sync is disabled.

[SLI], GeForce 9600 GT, GeForce 8800 GTX/Ultra/GTS/GT: FEAR; Ghost Recon : Advanced Warfighter 2; Neverwinter Nights 2; Serious Sam II–there is horizontal flickering in the intro videos.


GeForce 8 Series GPUs
• [3xSLI], GeForce 8800 GTX/Ultra: Blue‐screen crash occurs during the driver setup if 2‐way SLI mode is enabled before inserting the third video card.
• [3xSLI], GeForce 8800 GTX/Ultra: After changing the SLI Performance mode, the user cannot restore the default 3‐way SLI application profile.

• [3xSLI], GeForce 8800 GTX/Ultra: The NVIDIA Control Panel mislabels games with SLI profiles as ʺSingle GPUʺ.

• [SLI], GeForce 8800 GTX: Hellgate: London (DirectX 10)–sporadic frame corruption occurs with SLI mode enabled.

• [SLI], GeForce 8800 GTX: FEAR–there is horizontal flickering during the intro
video with SLI mode enabled.


GeForce 7 Series GPUs
• [SLI], GeForce 7900 GT: Need For Speed Prostreet–there is horizontal flickering throughout the game at 1280x1024x60Hz with 8xAA and SLI mode enabled.

GeForce 6 Series GPUs
• [SLI], GeForce 6600 GT: Colin McRae Dirt–the system hangs during gameplay at
1024x768 resolution with in‐game 4x antialiasing enabled.




Fixed Issues–Windows Vista 64-bit

Single GPU Issues

• GeForce 8800 GTX: Battlefield2–the desktop doesn’t refresh when exiting the game at 2048x1536 with 8xAA enabled.

• GeForce 8800 GT: Unreal Tournament 2 ‐ the game freezes at the Gateway map.

• GeForce 7050 PV/7025: The NVIDIA Control Panel shows “ TV” when HDTV is connected by component cable.



SLI Mode Issues

אין אפשרות להוציא 1080p שזה פשוט אבסורד.

אה, וגם אין האצת חומרה ב-Geforce 8200 (עם זה אני יכול לחיות כי כל המוצר הזה עדיין ב-BETA. באפריל צריכים לצאת דרייברים ו-BIOS סופיים).

עדיין אין לי בנצ'ים, לא מבטיח שיהיו.
(כ-מ-ה כבר אפשר לבנצ'מרק את המערכת כל שני וחמישי..)
מ"תחושה כללית" של הדרייבר בקרייסיס 1.2.1, lotro וFFOW - הוא מתפקד מצויין.

יש שיפור של FPS בקרייסיס זה הוסיף לי 3-5 FPS רואים שיפור גדול בקרייסיס עם הגדרות VERY HIGH מומלץ להוריד...
